THINGS TO DO

7-Day Itinerary for Visiting
Grand Cayman  

Experience the Best of Grand Cayman 

Day 1- Arrival and Relaxation 

  • Arrival: Arrive at Owen Roberts International Airport.

  • Accommodation: Check into your Airbnb. 

  • Visit the grocery store in West Bay: Fosters 

  • Visit the liquor store beside Fosters Grocery - Jacques Scott 

  • Hit the beach - chairs, umbrellas and cooler for your drinks. We should have reusable cups with lids so you can mix some cocktails on the beach. Try Appleton Rum with tropical fruit juice! 

  • Go to Heritage Kitchen for dinner and watch the sunset and bring some roadies. My favorite is the coconut grouper or wahoo. They might have snapper as well. 

Day 2 – Georgetown Exploration 

• Head to the fish market, which is downtown near the area where the cruise ship visitors dock 

• While downtown, enjoy the many shops, restaurants and bars 

• Visit the Cayman Islands National Museum and/or take a guided tour of the historic district. 

• Head to the beach for some afternoon fun 

• Visit Macabuca on Monday nights for an all-you-can-eat buffet and watch the sunset, or have a fish fry at home after the beach.  

Day 3 – Taco Tuesday and Salsa Night 

• Book a massage. They come to you. I can arrange this

• Hit cemetery beach for some snorkeling 

• In the late afternoon, around 5pm, Casa 43 for Taco Tuesday 

• Visit The Warf restaurant for their lobster bisque… after 9:30 pm for a salsa lesson and dancing all night  

Day 4 – Stingray City 

• Light breakfast and chill on the beach 

• Book a trip with Red Sail to see the stingrays and star fish in the afternoon – there are many different options

•Try Bacaro after 6pm for a fantastic happy hour

Your Caribbean Stay Awaits

Day 5 – East End, Botanical Park and Rum Point

•Morning: Drive to the East End and visit the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park.

• Afternoon: Explore the Blow Holes and enjoy the scenic views.

• Head to Rum Point and Start Fish Point for lunch and beach activities. It takes about 45 minutes to get there from West Bay 

Day 6 – West Bay and Camana Bay

•Morning: Visit the Caman Motor Museum in West Bay.

• Afternoon: Spend time shopping and dining in Camana Bay.

• Afternoon: Afternoon: Visit the Cayman Turtle Centre and learn about marine conservation

Day 7 - Departure

• Morning: Relax at the beach one last time

• Late Morning: Check out of your accomodation

• Departure: Head to Owen Roberts International airport for your flight home
